Overview
The assessment is marketed as a business personality test to uncover an individual’s entrepreneurial potential. It does this by examining a range of skills and capabilities which it identifies as being part of an entrepreneurial profile and then allows respondents to benchmark themselves against a pre-defined norm. The website offers the online self-assessment with an accompanying profile, e-learning resources, a 360-degree feedback tool and a coaching platform.

Question Format
Note: a generic version of the assessment was reviewed here, customisable versions are now available for different audiences. The version we reviewed comprises some initial demographic data gathering, this was followed by 106 Likert scale questions ranging from (I absolutely Agree) to (I completely disagree). There were also 16 sorting questions which used a 4-point scale: 1 (most) to 4 (least).

Results
The 50-page individual report provides a semi-personalised explanation and analysis of the respondent’s results in comparison to the test’s general benchmark. The report is divided into sections which mirror the elements of the profile and each section also gives some semi-personalised guidance for self-development. The end of the report provides some general advice on entrepreneurial activity and a final conclusion the role of which is to prompt the respondent to act on the results. Data in the results is visualised in radar plots, bar charts and pie charts.
