Overview

EntreComp is a free, flexible reference framework to support the development and understanding of entrepreneurial competence in any setting.

Themes

Spotting opportunities, creativity, vision, valuing ideas, ethical and sustainable thinking, self-awareness and self-sufficiency, motivation and perseverance, mobilising resources, financial and economic literacy, mobilising others, taking the initiative, planning and management, coping with uncertainty, ambiguity and risk, working with others and learning through experience.

Uses

The framework is designed to help educators and academics shape their curricula.

Question Format

Note: there are 442 learning outcome statements across 3 levels of proficiency for each of the 15 competencies split into 7 or 8 sub-levels. The statements are intended as guides for the development of curricula and they would need to be adapted to use as questions in a testing framework
